Title: Apple Kuchen

2cBisquick® baking mix
2/3cMilk
1/4cSugar
2tbVegetable oil
1 Egg
FILLING
1 8 oz pkg philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4cSugar
1 Egg
1/4tsVanilla extract
1 1/2cPeeled apples; thinly sliced
TOPPING
3tbSugar
1/4tsGround cinnamon

Combine Bisquick, milk, sugar, oil and egg; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Filling: Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture over batter; top with apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350°F, 35 to 40 minutes.
